WQW will be from Mon 10 November 2025 to Fri 14 November 2025 This year’s theme “Think Differently” truly resonates with me. As a Quality professional, it’s a great opportunity to challenge classical perceptions. Going back to Quality definition:“degree to which a set of inherent characteristics of an object fulfills requirements” [ISO 9000:2015, 3.6.2]. Quality isn’t just about compliance, documents, and control methods. It’s about challenging low performance and exceeding expectation. Real Quality is about ensuring systems that consistently deliver more than expected. Quality should be seen as a performance enabler, not a gatekeeper.
