This year\u2019s theme \u201cThink Differently\u201d truly resonates  with me. <\/p>\n

As a Quality professional, it\u2019s a great  <\/p>\n

opportunity to challenge classical perceptions.  <\/p>\n

Going back to Quality definition:\u201cdegree to  which a set of inherent characteristics of an object fulfills requirements\u201d [ISO 9000:2015, 3.6.2]. Quality isn\u2019t just about compliance, documents, and control methods. It\u2019s about  challenging low performance and exceeding  expectation. <\/p>\n

Real Quality is about ensuring systems that consistently deliver more than expected. <\/p>\n

Quality should be seen as a performance enabler, not a gatekeeper.  <\/p>\n

And it\u2019s everyone\u2019s responsibility ! from shop floor to the Boardroom. <\/p>\n

Let\u2019s Think Quality Differently and make it  count. <\/p>\n
